Swings

If you have a kid who seeks movement, a fabric sensory swing can be amazing. It’s cozy, calming, and honestly hard to get them out of once they discover it.

A bolster swing is such a great option for kids who crave movement. It’s a swing they can usually get on and use more independently, which makes it easier for them to take movement breaks throughout the day.

Spinning

A spinning chair has been the biggest hit in our house. It’s hands-down the favorite thing here for my sensory seeker, and it’s an easy way to get movement input without needing a huge setup.

Jumping

An indoor trampoline is a great outlet for kids who just love to move. It gives them a way to jump and get energy out when going outside isn’t an option.
